We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
That is why we offer a 3-day period after delivery to request a refund or size exchange, subject to the conditions below.
1. Refund & Exchange Period: 3 Days
You have 3 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to request a refund or exchange.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from odors or stains (makeup, perfume, etc.)
- In perfect condition
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
3. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our side.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Exchange Availability
Exchanges are possible only if the requested size is available at the time of the request.
6. Non-Eligible Items
The following requests cannot be accepted:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without tags or damaged items
- Items returned after the 3-day period
- Items showing stains, odors, or signs of wear
7. Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with clear photos and your order number.
